The launch of NASA's NOAA-N Prime satellite is delayed until technical and weather issues are resolved. The Delta II rocket stands ready to launch the NOAA-N Prime spacecraft from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. This new polar-orbiting satellite will help with weather forecasting worldwide.
