STS075-302-016 (22 Feb.-9 March 1996) --- Soon after reaching Earth orbit, the blue shift team set up what they referred to as a "formal" meal on the space shuttle Columbia's middeck. Left to right are astronauts Franklin R. Chang-Diaz, STS-75 payload commander; Jeffrey A. Hoffman and Claude Nicollier, both mission specialists.
