The flight of space shuttle Discovery on the STS-120 mission brought big challenges and big rewards. During the 15-day mission, the seven-member crew continued the construction of the station with the installation of the Harmony Node 2 module and the relocation of the P6 truss. The flight was highlighted by a risky and unprecedented spacewalk that resulted in the successful repair of a torn station solar array.
