Stormy weather forces a scrub of the first attempt to launch a United Launch Alliance Delta IV rocket carrying the GOES-O satellite. The latest Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite, GOES-O was developed by NASA for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, or NOAA.
