A video clip recorded on Earth using the Extant Live Volumetric Imaging System (ELVIS) to track swimming patterns of bacteria. ELVIS is a vibration-stable design of a digital holographic microscope (DHM) coupled to a light field microscope (LFM) that permits brightfield, fluorescence, and quantitative phase imaging (QPI) through a thick (1mm) sample volume.
