
jsc2025e064331 (1/14/2025) --- Eight medical devices for peripheral nerve repair printed simultaneously via Auxilium's AMP-1 on the International Space Station for the Biomanufacturing in Space of Drug-Delivery Medical Devices (InSPA-Auxilium Bioprinter) investigation. InSPA-Auxilium Bioprinter 3D prints an implantable medical device that could be used to deliver drugs to support nerve regeneration. Devices printed in microgravity are of higher quality than those printed on Earth.
