KASHIWA, developed by the Growing Advanced and Refined space Development ENgineering succession and under the satellite (GARDENs) program is a project from Chiba Institute of Technology. The KASHIWA mission is to demonstrate stereo cameras for ranging, to demonstrate the APRS (Automatic Packet Reporting System) for digipeating through the satellite, to demonstrate analog audio using geomagnetic sensor and earth observation with camera.
