Expedition 65 Soyuz Commander Oleg Novitskiy of Roscosmos and Flight Engineers Pyotr Dubrov of Roscosmos and Mark Vande Hei of NASA launched on the Russian Soyuz MS-18 spacecraft April 9 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan to begin a three-hour journey to the International Space Station and the start of a six-month mission on the outpost. The footage contains the crew’s prelaunch activities that included their departure from their Cosmonaut Hotel crew quarters, their suit-up in the Cosmodrome’s Integration Facility, walk out to their crew bus and arrival at the launch pad to board their spacecraft.
