Jsc2020m000102 Across America and in Europe, teams are building, moving, and testing the spacecraft, rocket, and launch systems that will send humans to deep space destinations through the Artemis Program. NASA’s Orion, Space Launch System (SLS), and Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) programs are continuing work on one of the most sophisticated space system ever built in support of Artemis I. Artemis I will be the first in a series of increasingly complex missions in the Artemis Program, which will land astronauts on the surface of the Moon in 2024.
