You’ve got to be pretty sharp to earn a bachelor’s degree in math at the Naval Academy and a master’s in ocean engineering from MIT. Navy Captain Chris Cassidy did both, and served eleven years as a Navy SEAL (four overseas deployments) before becoming a NASA astronaut. But you never really know someone, do you, until you know their favorite musical instrument and what they hope to be remembered for.
