Expedition 23 preflight
JSC2010-E-041312 (19 March 2010) --- Russian cosmonaut Alexander Skvortsov, Soyuz commander, along with cosmonaut Mikhail Kornienko and NASA astronaut Tracy Caldwell Dyson, both Expedition 23 flight engineers, receive their flight certification from the Russian State Commission at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia March 19, 2010. They will depart for the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan for final pre-launch preparations leading to their launch April 2 in the Soyuz TMA-18 spacecraft bound for the International Space Station.
