STS-115 Preflight Documentation - Post Insertion Training
JSC2005-E-47411 (12 Dec. 2005) --- Astronauts Heidemarie M. Stefanyshyn-Piper (foreground) and Joseph R. (Joe) Tanner, both STS-115 mission specialists, give a thumbs-up signal to indicate preparedness for a training session in one of the full-scale trainers in the Space Vehicle Mockup Facility at Johnson Space Center. Attired in training versions of the shuttle launch and entry suit, the two are seated on the middeck for a post insertion training session.
