iss074e0603176 (May 19, 2026) --- NASA astronaut and Expedition 74 flight engineer Chris Williams works inside the International Space Station’s Kibo laboratory module on the Space Cancer Therapeutics investigation. Williams was processing samples to study how microgravity affects an anti‑cancer drug and the drug’s molecular behavior, research that may help develop more effective treatments for pancreatic cancer both on Earth and in space.
