NASA ASTRONAUTS DISCUSS LIFE IN SPACE WITH MINNESOTA PUBLIC RADIO AND NPR’S “HERE AND NOW” Aboard the International Space Station, NASA astronauts Mark Vande Hei and Tom Marshburn discussed living and working in space during an in-flight event December 15 with Minnesota Public Radio and NPR’s “Here and Now” program. Vande Hei and Marsburn are in the midst of long duration missions aboard the microgravity laboratory to advance scientific knowledge and demonstrate new technologies for future human and robotic exploration missions as part of NASA’s Moon and Mars exploration approach, including lunar missions through NASA’s Artemis program.
