NASA astronaut Mark Vande Hei, riding alongside Roscosmos cosmonauts Oleg Novitskiy and Pyotr Dubrov, would dock to the Rassvet module just three hours and 23 minutes after launching from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
