SPACE STATION CREW MEMBER DISCUSSES SOCIAL ISOLATION WITH THE MEDIA Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 62 Flight Engineer Jessica Meir of NASA discussed the psychology of social isolation as it pertains to the coronavirus pandemic during a pair of interviews April 15 with CBS’ “Late Night with Stephen Colbert” and National Public Radio. Meir is completing a six-and-a-half month mission on the orbital outpost, heading for a landing in Kazakhstan aboard a Soyuz spacecraft April 17.
