Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 61 Commander Luca Parmitano of ESA (European Space Agency) discussed his view of the Earth from orbit and climate issues during an in-flight question-and-answer session Dec. 11 with attendees of the United Nations COP25 climate conference in Madrid, Spain. Parmitano is in the midst of a long duration mission on the station, heading for a return to Earth next February to complete a flight of more than 200 days in space
