SPACE STATION COMMANDER DISCUSSES LIFE IN SPACE WITH EUROPEAN SCHOOLS Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 61 Commander Luca Parmitano of ESA (European Space Agency) discussed life and research on the outpost during an in-flight question and answer session Oct. 15 with students from a number of European schools. Parmitano, who is the third European commander of the station, is in the midst of a six and a half month mission on the complex.
