SPACE STATION CREW REFLECTS ON LEGACY OF APOLLO 11’S HISTORIC LUNAR LANDING Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 60 Flight Engineers Christina Koch and Nick Hague of NASA reflected on the legacy of Apollo 11 in a series of in-flight interviews with media on July 16 – 50 years to the day that Apollo 11 launched for its historic lunar landing. Koch and Hague are in the midst of long-duration missions on the microgravity laboratory conducting scientific research and station maintenance work.
