Culbertson uses the HAM radio equipment in the FGB during Expedition Three
ISS003-E-5782 (September 2001) --- Astronaut Frank L. Culbertson, Jr., Expedition Three mission commander, operates the amateur radio equipment in the Zarya or functional cargo block (FGB) of the International Space Station (ISS). This image was taken with a digital still camera. Please note: The date identifiers on some frames are not accurate due to a technical problem with one of the Expedition Three cameras.
