Commander Chris Ferguson speaks for the STS-126 crew after landing. Space shuttle Endeavour and its crew of seven astronauts landed at 4:25 p.m. EST on Nov. 30, 2008 at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif. The flawless touchdown wrapped up the STS-126 mission. During the flight, the astronauts performed important repair work and delivered equipment that will prepare the International Space Station to house six crew members for long-duration missions. STS-126 is the 124th shuttle mission and 27th shuttle flight to visit the space station.
