
The International Space Station is seen in this one minute exposure as it flies over Launch Complex 39A, Saturday, April 24, 2021, at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The SpaceX Crew Dragon with NASA astronauts Shane Kimbrough and Megan McArthur, ESA (European Space Agency) astronaut Thomas Pesquet, and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) astronaut Akihiko Hoshide onboard, which launched from Launch Complex 39A at 5:49 a.m. EDT on April 23, docked with the complex at 5:08 a.m. EDT. Kimbrough, McArthur, Pesquet, and Hoshide will join the Expedition 65 crew of Shannon Walker, Michael Hopkins, Victor Glover, and Mark Vande Hei of NASA, Soichi Noguchi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), and Roscosmos cosmonauts Oleg Novitskiy and Pyotr Dubrov onboard the space station.
