NASA’s annual Human Exploration Rover Challenge student engineering competition celebrated 30 years in 2024, April 19-20, at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama, hosted by NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center. Student teams from around the world gathered to push the boundaries of innovation and engineering. These student teams piloted their human-powered rovers over simulated lunar and Martian terrain for a chance at winning an award during this Artemis student challenge.
