NASA and SpaceX held a series of virtual meetings on May 1 to discuss the upcoming Demo-2 mission to the International Space Station under the agency’s Commercial Crew Program. This mission will mark the first launch of astronauts from American soil since 2011. Liftoff of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon spacecraft is scheduled for May 27 at 4:32 p.m. Eastern. Also, NASA announced its selection of three U.S. companies to help design and build a human landing system for Artemis missions to the Moon. And, as many Kennedy employees continue to work from home, they’re asked to share photos of what their “home office” looks like.
