The Centaur upper stage is hoisted atop the United Launch Alliance Atlas V booster on Friday, Nov. 8, 2019, in the Vertical Integration Facility at Space Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. Also installed was the launch vehicle adapter that will connect the Boeing CST-100 Starliner spacecraft to its ride for Boeing's Orbital Flight Test (OFT) for NASA'S Commercial Crew Program.
