
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- In the KSC Training Auditorium at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, Center Director Robert Cabana makes the opening remarks at a special event marking the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Dr. Mary Frances Berry, an award-winning civil rights activist and former member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, was the guest speaker.
