CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- Kelvin Manning, associate director of NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, makes the opening remarks at the center's annual hurricane awareness briefing. The briefing, held at the start of the 2014 hurricane season, is attended by the center's emergency hurricane coordinators and other interested employees in the KSC Training Auditorium.
