CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Tom Engler, the deputy director of the Center Planning and Development Directorate at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, speaks to reporter James Dean from Florida Today newspaper during an interview at the Kennedy News Center.
