CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Tucked inside their payload fairing, the twin Radiation Belt Storm Probes, or RBSP, spacecraft stand atop a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket at Space Launch Complex-41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
