
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – On Launch Pad 39A, the payload for space shuttle Discovery's STS-128 mission has been installed in the payload bay. At the bottom is the Lightweight multi-purpose experiment support structure carrier. Above it is the multi-purpose logistics module Leonardo. Discovery will deliver 33,000 pounds of equipment to the station, including science and storage racks, a freezer to store research samples, a new sleeping compartment and the COLBERT treadmill.
