CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – -- Black clouds fill the sky near the Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The weather caused the scrub at 7:02 p.m. EDT of the launch of space shuttle Endeavour on the STS-127 mission. Weather conditions near the Shuttle Landing Facility at Kennedy violated rules for launching. The runway would be needed in the unlikely event that Endeavour would have to make an emergency landing back at Kennedy. Launch was rescheduled for July 13 at 6:51 p.m. EDT.
