CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – In the Vehicle Assembly Building, or VAB, at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, Platform C is being moved from high bay 3 to allow refurbishment of the facility for the Constellation Program's Ares 1-X vehicle.
