KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. -- On Launch Pad 17-B at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, a second solid rocket booster is ready to be lifted into the mobile service tower. It will be attached to the Delta II first stage for the launch of the Dawn spacecraft.
