KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. -- Tugboats maneuver the Pegasus barge closer to the dock in the Launch Complex 39 Area. The barge's cargo is the external tank prepared for mission STS-118 by the Michoud Assembly Facility near New Orleans. The tank will later be offloaded and moved to the Vehicle Assembly Building.
