KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. - A ribbon-cutting at NASA's Kennedy Space Center officially reactivated the Operations and Checkout Building's west door as entry to the crew exploration vehicle environment. At the podium is Russell Romanella, who opened the ceremony. Romanella is director of the ISS Payload and Processing Directorate.
