KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. -- Under the eyes of a technician (center), STS-113 crew members look over equipment involved in their mission during Crew Equipment Interface Test activities in the Space Station Processing Facility. At left is Mission Specialist Michael Lopez-Alegria; at right is Mission Specialist John Herrington. Part of the payload on mission STS-113 is the first port truss segment, P1 Truss, to be attached to the central truss segment, S0, on the International Space Station. Once delivered, the P1 truss will remain stowed until flight 12A.1. Launch date for STS-113 is under review.
