KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. -- PROJECT MERCURY'S SECOND suborbital astronaut training flight will be attempted during the week of July 16 with McDonnell Aircraft Corporation's production spacecraft number 11, which has been named 'Liberty Bell 7.'
