Storm clouds roll in over the NASA Vehicle Assembly building moments after STS-127 Space Shuttle Launch Director Pete Nickolenko and the launch team called the launch a "No Go" due to weather conditions at the NASA Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida, Sunday, July 12, 2009.
